How can I earn the Rewards Points?
You can earn Rewards Points when making payments using Bybit Pay Kazakhstan. For Bybit Pay Kazakhstan, please note that only payments made to a merchant or purchases on the Bybit Partner Website are eligible to earn the Rewards Points.
How is spending calculated?
Your total monthly spend across Bybit Pay Kazakhstan is aggregated to determine your tier and cashback.
After making a transaction using my Bybit Pay Kazakhstan, when can I expect to receive my Rewards Points?
The Rewards Points will be credited to your account once the transaction is successful. However, the points calculation will take up to 3 calendar days. Under normal circumstances and if the account is in good standing order, you will be able to use your Rewards Points after 3 calendar days.
Is there an expiration for my Rewards Points?
No. There is no expiration date for Rewards Points.
How to check the progress of achieving the next tier?
You may go to the Bybit Pay Kazakhstan page and tap on the Cashback section to view the progress. Please note that the spending calculation and progress will be reset on the 1st day of each calendar month.
How to maintain the current tier in the next calendar month?
When you unlock a higher tier, the tier will be carried over to the next calendar month, and remain valid until the end of that calendar month. You must hit the required spending volume within the calendar month to maintain the tier. Otherwise, you will be downgraded according to the monthly spending threshold.

If I unlock a tier by monthly spending, how long will it last?
The tier you unlock based on spending volume will remain valid until the end of the following month.
If I unlock a tier through my VIP level, how long will it last?
The tier linked to your VIP level is applied immediately and stays active as long as your VIP status remains. If your VIP level is upgraded or downgraded, your tier will be updated instantly according to your current VIP level. You may refer to the table in this article.
Can I still unlock higher tiers if I’m a non-VIP or have a lower VIP level?
Yes. You can unlock higher tiers by meeting the monthly spending thresholds. For example, spending 6,000 USD within a month will upgrade you to Tier 3 (Alpha).
Are fiat payments eligible for cashback points?
No. Cashback points cannot be earned on fiat payments. Only payments made using cryptocurrency are eligible for cashback points.

Why did my redemption on the Rewards Market fail?
There are a few possible reasons that cause redemption failure. Please refer to the details below:
- Insufficient points: You may not have enough points to redeem the item you selected. You can earn points by spending with Bybit Pay Kazakhstan.
- Redemption limit: There may be a limit to the number of times you can redeem a particular reward. You may see “We’ve run out of stock!” on the product you selected. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date on when the product will be back in stock.
- Technical issue: There may be a technical issue preventing you from making the redemption. Please check your points balance, and redemption limit, and contact our support team by submitting a case here with your order ID, if you continue to experience issues when making redemptions.

How can I get a multiplier of Rewards Points?

Who is eligible for Auto Cashback?
Every Bybit Pay Kazakhstan user who enables the auto cashback button is eligible to use the cashback function.
Is there any minimum requirement for auto cashback from Bybit Pay Kazakhstan?
Yes, there is a minimum of 50 points required to convert using the auto cashback.
What is the conversion rate on auto cashback?
The base conversion rate is 0.002 per point with a minimum number of 50 points. If there are other currencies related to the event, please check the event page/dashboard.
Is there any maximum limit for auto cashback from Bybit Pay Kazakhstan?
Yes, there is a maximum limit for Bybit Pay Kazakhstan auto cashback and Pay Later incentive cashback for every tier. You can refer to this article to understand the monthly maximum cashback in USDT value.
Is there any maximum points limit for the rewards program?
Yes. The points earned from Bybit Pay Kazakhstan are accumulated and each tier has its points cap.

After reaching the monthly point limit, no further points can be earned within the calendar month until the tier is upgraded, which will increase the point limit. The upgrade takes effect on the next calendar day, and the new cashback rate will apply once a new transaction is made.
Is there any maximum points limit for the incentive plan for Pay Later?

How long does it take to encash from Rewards Points?
Rewards Points will be automatically redeemed into your selected coin every 00:00 - 01:00 UTC if you havbe enabled the Auto Cashback button. For the guide, please refer to this article.

Where does my cashback get credited?
The cashback will be credited to your Funding account.
What is the process for receiving cashback on Bybit Pay Kazakhstan, and how are conversion rates handled?
Cashback is processed daily with conversion rates set at redemption. If a token is changed or removed during transaction confirmation, cashback will be given in USDT by default.
