FAQ – Bybit Kazakhstan & Bank CenterCredit Fiat Channel Guide

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. What is a fiat channel and why is it needed?

The fiat channel is an integration between the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit Kazakhstan (Bybit KZ) and the bank Bank CenterCredit (BCC), which allows users to:

• Top up their fiat wallet on Bybit KZ directly from their BCC bank account

• Withdraw funds in tenge back to their bank account

This makes deposits and withdrawals faster, more convenient, and compliant with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The fiat channel is only available to users who have completed verification with both Bybit Kazakhstan and BCC.



2. Who can use the fiat channel?

Only users who are registered and have completed full verification (KYC) with both Bybit KZ and Bank CenterCredit.



3. What if I don’t have a crypto wallet yet?

You need to:

• Register on the Bybit KZ and BCC platforms

• Complete the verification process, including uploading your ID and confirming your email

• Once done, your wallet will appear in the BCC app and on the Bybit KZ platform.

4. How can I top up my wallet in tenge?

• Only through the Bank CenterCredit mobile app.

• Top-up is not available directly on the Bybit Kazakhstan platform.



5. How can I withdraw tenge from my wallet?

• Through the Bank CenterCredit mobile app

• Through the Bybit Kazakhstan website



6. Why can’t I see my wallet in the BCC app?

Make sure that:

• You have completed verification on Bybit KZ

• Your email is confirmed

• Your Bybit KZ wallet is linked to your BCC account

Once these steps are completed, the wallet should appear automatically in the app.





📈 LIMITS AND OPERATIONS

7. How can I increase my top-up limit beyond 450,000 KZT per month?

• The default top-up limit is 450,000 KZT/month. To increase it:

• On the Bybit KZ side: complete Advanced KYC

• In the BCC app: submit a request to increase your limit and upload documents confirming your source of funds (e.g. income certificate, bank statement, etc.)

Once both sides approve, your limit will be increased in accordance with Kazakhstan's regulations.



8. How can I top up my crypto wallet via BCC?

• Open the BCC mobile app

• Go to the wallet section and select Bybit KZ

• Enter the amount and confirm the transaction

⚠️ Top-ups are only available in KZT. Funds will be credited to your fiat wallet on Bybit Kazakhstan.



9. Why is withdrawal from my fiat wallet unavailable?

Withdrawals are only available if you’ve made a top-up via BCC within the last 3 months.



10. How do I request a limit increase?

In the BCC app:

• Go to the “Requests” section or your wallet settings

• Submit a request and upload the required documents



11. What if my limit increase request is denied?

Make sure that:

• The documents are clear and valid (no older than 3 months)

• The information meets the bank’s requirements

If everything is in order, resubmit the request or contact BCC support.



12. How long does the bank take to review the request?

Usually within 24 hours after submitting all required documents.



13. Why do I need to confirm my source of funds?

According to Law No. 191-IV of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.08.2009, the maximum top-up limit without supporting documents is 450,000 KZT/month.

To exceed this, documentation confirming the source of funds is required.
