Promotional Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in this Bybit Card promotional campaign ("Event") outlined in this page. By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”), available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Participation in this promotion is exclusively available to Bybit cardholders who reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta, and whose card applications have been approved on or after April 9, 2026. To be eligible, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, hold Identity Verification Level 1, and explicitly register or enroll on the official promotion page during the active Promotion Period. Part 1: €10 Welcome Reward 2. Users who have never previously topped up a Bybit account and have never held a Bybit Card are eligible for this promotion. To qualify, you must complete a minimum top-up of €100 (or equivalent) within 14 calendar days of your Bybit Card application being approved. 3. This qualifying top-up can be completed via Crypto Top-Up, Fiat Top-Up, Recurring Buy, or One-Click Buy. Please note that the Bybit Card supports both fiat and crypto payments and draws directly from your Funding Account. 4. Once your qualifying top-up is successfully completed, the €10 Welcome Reward will be automatically credited to your Rewards Hub following a mandatory 3-day risk monitoring period. Part 2: 30 Day 10% Cashback Booster 5. The 30 day promotional period begins at the moment in which your Card Dashboard tracker updates to "Cashback Booster." From that point, during 30 days you can earn 10% cashback rate on your spending, irrespective of your card tier, up to a maximum cap of €110. Once the 30 day period expires, or the moment you hit the €110 maximum cap, your cashback rate will automatically revert to your standard card tier entitlements. 6. Whether you choose to fund your card purchases using fiat currency or your available crypto balance, both spending methods are fully eligible to earn the 10% cashback booster. 7. Please note that MCCs are assigned by the merchant's acquiring bank and that the same brand may be coded differently by location. 8. Ineligible MCCs include, but are not limited to: - E-wallet, pre-paid, or digital account top-ups and transfers (MCC 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051, 6540). For example, Astropay, Revolut, and Wise. - Personal e-wallet transfers to individual accounts (MCC 7299). For example, Alipay and WeChat. Nonetheless, for these transactions standard card tier cashback may still apply. 9. To qualify for the promotional cashback, your transactions must be both authorized and fully settled (processed by the merchant) within your 30-day cashback period. If you make a purchase but the merchant finalizes the transaction after your 30-day window has closed, it will not be eligible for the booster cashback. 10. During the 30 day active period, eligible cashback is accumulated in the form of reward points. Users may choose to redeem these points using one of the following methods: - Auto-Cashback: Users may elect to automatically convert their points into their choice of either USDC or BTC. Once processed, the corresponding crypto-asset will be credited to the user's account within four (4) business days. - Real-Time Redemption: Alternatively, users may manually redeem their points in real time to claim rewards via the Bybit Points Mall, accessible at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/pay-rewards. 11. Any points or rewards earned under these Promotional Terms and Conditions are issued and managed exclusively through the Bybit Rewards Program. As such, their redemption is completely independent of, and not governed by, the standard Bybit Cardholder Terms and Conditions. Part 3: Applicable to both promotions 12. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk-account registrations and transactions explicitly designed to farm additional bonuses. 13. The Event is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Rewards already earned prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
