Are there any fees charged for posting an ad?
P2P on Bybit Kazakhstan offers zero transaction fees for either buyers or sellers. However, please note that traders may need to pay transaction fees to the payment provider based on the payment method selected.
Are there any restrictions on setting the price range of an ad?
Yes. You can verify the price range for an advertisement on the Post Ad page within the Premium indicator section. It's important to keep in mind that each coin chosen for your ad will exhibit a unique combination of Fixed and Floating Prices.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts of USDT that can be traded per ad?
Please refer to the table below for the order limit. The actual tradable amount depends on the range limit set by the advertiser.

How to share my advertisement with selected P2P traders?
You can share your ads via a QR code or a URL link. The ads can be set to public or non-public. Public ads are visible on the P2P advertisement page while non-public ads are only accessible to traders who have the QR code or the URL link.
To share your ads, go to My Ads, locate the ads you want, and click the Share button.

Why am I not able to share my ads?
You may be unable to share the ads if their status is inactive or delisted. Please make sure you post the ads before sharing and you turn on the Active mode. Otherwise, your counterparty will not be able to place an order with you.
Can I share my ads with multiple traders at the same time?
Yes, you can share your ad with multiple traders simultaneously by sending them the same QR code or URL link. However, please note that the QR code and URL link will expire after 30 minutes. Please generate a new one by clicking on the Share button.
Why can't I post ads anymore when I had a Veteran status before?
If you're unable to post ads despite previously having Veteran status, it's likely due to a change in your account status or failure to meet current advertiser requirements. You can read the full requirements and disqualification criteria here.
Why couldn't I find my ads listed on the P2P advertisement list?
The reasons why your listed ads cannot be found in the P2P ad list are as follows:

The transaction amount is lower than the minimum limit set for the ad. For example, the ad is set at 100 USDT for sale with a minimum of 10 USDT per transaction. If someone buys it, only 8 USDT is left in your available balance. The ads will be taken down. |
You may adjust the minimum limit in your ad settings to match the remaining balance, or top up your available balance to ensure it always meets the set minimum limit. |

The ad is currently in inactive mode. |
Please ensure that you have toggled on Active Mode or check if you have enabled the Automatic Inactive Mode Schedule. |

The ad has been automatically delisted by the system due to the account not being logged in for more than 30 days. |
To keep your ads active, please log in to your account regularly. Once you log in again, you can manually repost your ads if needed. |

High number of order appeals:

The ads will automatically reappear after you manage to reduce the number of order appeals to 25 and below, and this won't affect the ads sorting. |

High number of incomplete orders:
|
For the buy direction: The ads will become visible again when the number of incomplete orders reduces to 10. For the sell direction: The ads will become visible again when the number of incomplete orders reduces to 40. |

Filtered Ads: Your ad may not appear due to active filters. |
To view your ad, disable the Show only eligible ads filter and try again.

If none of the above rules apply to you, you may have triggered the system's risk control strategy. |
The advertisement will be temporarily hidden for 24 hours, during which the platform will conduct a comprehensive investigation and evaluation. After 24 hours, if the evaluation passes, your advertisement will resume displaying; if the evaluation fails, your advertisement will be taken down, and you will receive a corresponding email notification. |
Where can I view the list of all my ads that have been removed or hidden?
On the website, go to My Ads → All Ads to locate the ads that are being removed or hidden. Then, hover your mouse over the tooltip to view the reasons.
On the App, go to P2P Trading → Ads → All to view the list of removed or hidden ads. Then, click on the Status to view the reasons.
