Why did I not see the option to use Fast-Track Appeals in P2P?
Fast-track appeal is only available to certain P2P appeals and P2P traders. P2P orders involved the following are not supported for Fast-track Appeals.
-
P2P orders using coupons
-
P2P orders traded in cryptocurrencies other than USDT
-
Appeal involved complicated issues such as overpaid or underpaid payment, paid to the wrong account, and others.
Additionally, the security system filters orders based on the order amount and the appellant's credibility. If you don't see the Fast-Track Appeals option, there's no need to worry; it's not a standard practice to check your credibility.
Does Fast-Track Appeal and raising dissent follow the P2P Terms of User Service and P2P Appeal Handling Rules?
Yes. The P2P Terms of User Service and P2P Appeal Handling Rules apply to all types of appeals and dispute handling in P2P, including Fast-Track Appeal and Dissent raised after Fast-Track Appeal.
What should I do if I have not received any updates about my appeal after a long period of time?
If the current status of your appeal is eligible to be expedited, you can click the Buzz button on the Appeal Progress page. The counterparty or the P2P Appeal Team will receive a notification or a reminder to provide a response.

Can I cancel my P2P Order Appeal?
Yes, the appellant can cancel the appeal at any point of time if the issue is resolved.
However, please note that:
-
For ongoing order appeals, the appeal can be submitted up to 2 times.
-
For closed order appeals and objections, you may not be able to resubmit the appeal again and may encounter permanent asset loss if you cancel the appeal before the issue is resolved.
To cancel the appeal, simply click on the Appeal Progress status and click on Cancel Appeal.
Why does a “Risk Warning” pop-up appear during my P2P order appeal?
This is because the system has detected a risk in your account or the counterparty’s account. To protect your security and transaction safety, please carefully read the instructions in the pop-up window and follow the instructions accordingly.
